1. Set up 3 tackle cylinders with ball at the front like seen in picture. 2. Get 3 players on tackle shields standing half way down the cylinder. 3. Have you're Back row (Flankers and Number 8's) standing behind red gone. 4. On coaches call, first player runs up to tackle cylinder, picks up ball and runs round corner into tackle bag a drive them back. 5. Once driven player back to end of cylinder drop ball, and do the same on next one. - Focus on body position when driving player back and how they pick the ball off the floor. - Do 4 on one shoulder and then 4 on the other.
