Quick contact drill to work on support and breakdown technique under fatigue. Players must start on their stomachs facing in with the ball in the middle. The time trial begins when the coach blows their whistle and they must create a breakdown at each of the pads. The players on the pads then swap over and must try and beat the other teams time. Team should be given a 5 second penalty if same player carries the ball into contact more than once.
