1. 3 players with tackle shields 3m apart behind each other. 2. All other players with a ball 5m infront of first tackle pad. 3. Player runs with ball in both hands. 4. When in close distance of tackle shield transfer ball to left side and hit shield with right shoulder. 5. Once hit tackle shield roll to your right. (so you turn out of tackle) and run onto next tackle shield. 6. This time transfer the ball to right side and hit tackle pad with left shoulder and roll to the left. (turnning out of tackle) 7. And then transfer ball and do same again on 3rd tackle shield.
