DESCRIPTION

I run the Tabata interval timer App from my phone through a big speaker. 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest between each stations. We cycle through the circuit twice, 2 minute recovery between intervals.

COACHING POINTS

On white Marker cones I just write the exercise to be done at each station with permanent texter so everyone knows what they are doing.
