Set up like a tennis court with 2 players on centre line (where the net would be). 2 players in each court making as many passes over the net. Players allowed as many touches in their court. Players are allowed to make a lead run and cross into the other court to receive the ball and roll to carry it over to their court. If player does not carry ball over centre line they are trapped in the other court. Pair that looses the ball goes into the middle. Ask players what makes a good lead run? Ans: Speed of run, explosive accelarataion. Communication. Stick upright with head on ground to receive strong. Roll strong maintaining stick on ball. Go blind side of player.
