DESCRIPTION

have the goalie start on the middle cone. Call out a number and the must go the the called cone then reset. Go three time for 30-60 seconds each time. Can add additional cones at diagonals.

- keep their hands up -stay on toes -high pace for short time -mix up the numbers so they are paying atention
