
Have the player start with the ball and have a pass to and back with the goalie. The player then makes a curved run around the red cone and proceeds to try and drive it through the further two cones. The golies shodowns and dives to meet the player. Go slow to start to give the goalie a feel for the ball then increase speed. Go from both sides.
