Player A carries a ball to the 25 and passes the ball while moving to player B who is also on the move. Player B passes to player c who carries it into the area along a line of cones (orange) before chosing to go either side of the blue cones and shoot ASAP.
Split grip passing on the move. Shooting - big drag to creat the angle and thinking about the shot before we make the move. Getting shots away as quickly as possible
