DESCRIPTION

Exercise 1 4 vs 4 + keeper -Blue team attacks the 23m line. -Red team plays to halfway Control ball-cross line and switch attack direction Variant: when a team scores and attacks the other way, their outside player can join to create a 5 vs 4 Exercise 2 Player 1 starts with the ball, passes to Player 2 and continues the run (give and go). Player 2 returns the pass to Player 1 while running. Player 1 receives and passes to Player 3. Player 3 receives open and passes forward into the zone for Player 4. Player 4 receives open and makes a long hit to Player 5. Player 5 continues with the ball towards the baseline entering through the T zone and passes to Player 6 who starts in the center of the circle, leads to the square, receives and shoots on goal Option for keepers: -1 GK like Joker in the 4vs4 (no glove, stick and helmet) to work on reactions and footwork, -2 GK can be in the passing drill and switch every 5–6 shots.
