First the player will do an action at the blue cones then pass the ball to the player standing at the orange cone. The very second after passing they will run either left or right and call for the ball. The player at the orange cone will 1 touch the ball through the yellow goal back towards the attacking player once they have made a decision where they will be running. The player will repeat this one more time and receive the ball and eventually score. The exercise is repeated on the other side of the field It is very Important that the players make a sharp movement to change direct in order to confuse the defenders
