2 v 1 Box Drill. Player outside the circle RECEIVES all passes from the outside attackers. first ball is a FREE 1 v 1 w/ GK Defender from the right jumps in ONCE the first shot is dead. Defender than marks and the next attacker is trying to pass the ball to the player inside the circle. Once the ball is released, the 2nd attacker jumps in and it becomes a 2 v 1. Once the ball is dead, next ball comes into play. 2nd attacker jumps out next attacker with the ball jumps in once the ball is released. Once you get to the line with the 2nd attacker it will upgrade to a 2 v 2
For the Attach-Quick shots once inside the circle. Follow your shots for the rebound. For the Defence-contain-breakdown steps and dont over commit. Close the distance with attacker. Good communication with goalie.
