I will use cones as stations and at each station I will instruct an exercise such as 5 squats or burpees etc. The whole team must dribble the ball up the court and back to win. All players must go once. The warm is only going to last 8 minutes. This is an effective drill as it lets coaches introduce the coaching points allowing the session to be broken down and made easier.
Keep head up looking forward, use slow and controlled movements that allow a more meticulous flow. Use the fingers instead of the palms to bounce the basketball. The basketball should bounce a waist height.
