In and out, followed by 2 crossovers. 3. 1 pound drible, followed by a crossover drible, always changing the dribling hand. 4. In and out, followed by 3 crossovers. 5. Drible between the legs, always picking up the ball with two hands at the end. 5 repetitions with both hands. 6. Do the same previous dribling (5), but switching hands. 7. Do the same previous dribling (6), switching hands, but not picking up the ball. Chop your feet and dance while dribling, but keep a wide stance 8. 1 in and out, double cross, double in between the legs. 4 starting with the right hand and 4 starting with the left.
