Player inside the 3pt line holds the ball out with either the right or left hand. The player outside of the 3pt line replicates a handoff action into a floater finish. After finishing the floater, the player runs back to & repeats the action on the opposite side. 10 Attempts (1/5 Makes=Poor, 6/7 Make=Average, 8-10 Makes=Good) Player finishing the layup grabs the rebound & passes back to handoff'er.
Go hard on every rep. Vary the finishes. Treat the handoffs same as you would in a real game. Floater options - Two Foot Floater & 1 Foot Runner. Only 1 Push Dribble after the hand off.
