Basketball Drill Demonstration


Step 1: Run in and out of the cones.

Step 2: In and outs of the ladders, if to hard just keep to running straight through.

Step 3: Pick up the ball and do a skill of they choice.

Step 4: after doing a skill, go to shoot.

Coaching points

  • Understand if someone can't do it and make it easier, as it's the last task and its hard.
  • Add a basketball at the begining if they find it easy.
