Overload touch is made up of 2 equal team but with 2 player in different coloured bibs. These 2 players are always on the attacking team. This creates the attacking team to have more players therefore more space to exploit of the defence. A touch is classed as 2 hands on the wait or below. Once touched they have to pass the ball to a team member. Turnover occurs when the ball is either knocked on or a try is scored. The yellow bibs will be swapped around to enable everyone to have a chance.
