Add lines or duplicate smaller pitches if needed.
Teams have players on alternating lines. Lines set up 2 stick reach lengths from each other.
Players can move side to side but cannot leave their line. Can pass anywhere including along their line.
Pass into one of the two goals to score.
If ball leaves the pitch or hits a foot - award to one of the central lines.
V2: If needed - indoor rules, ball doesn't leave the floor.
Meant as a short warm-up game. Shouldn't require lots of time/coaching.
Attackers: Move the ball side to side to look for the gaps to play through. Move the ball faster than the defenders can follow.
Defenders: work as a unit - move together and don't let gaps open up. Work on stopping and first touch.
