DESCRIPTION

Group split in half

1. RUN - players touch between each gat up to halfway line (red, red, green, green, etc.). When they reach halfway they go from black - baseline - yellow - baseline - blue - baseline etc and back up to halfway.

2. DRIBBLE - players dribble through gates on one side (red-green-blue etc.). Full length of pitch and then back on the other side.

3. PASS - players pair up and pass the ball through the gates (red-red-green-green etc.). Run though 2-3 times.
