- Have a coach, field player, parent, etc. set up at the top of the circle to hit or throw balls at you.
- Set up some sort of rebound board shown in the picture
- Play ball from the top of the circle into the rebound board. React to play the ball that rebounds off the board. Clear along the baseline.
- Repeat for a total of 6 balls
- Repeat whole set 5x and mirror the rebound board to the opposite side and repeat
