Put players in groups of 3 with 3 balls at start of relay.
Player 1: Self starts and moves the ball to the first marker and stops, then self starts and moves ball to double cones. Leaves ball there and runs back.
Player 2: Runs to double cones and picks ball up and moves it to single cone, stops, then self starts and moves ball forward and pushes ball at net. Runs back to line.
Player 3: Starts new ball and moves the ball to the first marker and stops, then self starts and moves ball to double cones. Leaves ball there and runs back.
Continue until all balls have been shot at net.
Note: All players should get a chance moving the ball in the first section and the second section after all balls are done.
Practice a few times and then turn it into a race between teams
Key points: 1) Acceleration from each marker to the next 2) Ensure they are stopping the ball dead 3) Good carrying position - Low and balanced 3) Stick and ball contact at all times
