Split the pitch from the top of the D to the half way line.
Three players start on half way line on one half of the pitch.
The middle player starts with the ball.
The outside player makes a short run down the outside of the left channel, the starting player then passes out to them.
While the outside player is making their run, the inside player makes a long run, sweeping to the left to receive a pass from the outside player between the D and the 16.
The starting middle player makes a run into the D when they've passed the ball on. Their job is to get into the D at the right time, recieve the pass and take a shot on goal.
