Big enough to make it easy for the attacking team to move the ball around the area
Attacking team: Should always be a player spare. Use the space. Make leads into crowded areas to drop the ball back into space.
Defending team: should be hard for the defensive team to cut out the ball. Need to work as a team to create pressing triangle. Rotate the positions in the trangle as the ball moves around the square.
Be patient, don't chase the ball. Look for weaknesses to collapse the press - bad touches etc.
