Here the players will all be on one side, half way through switch sides, start on the right side first. The attackers will have 3 chance to score, the first ball has to be passed around to the side (see diagram) the 2nd and 3rd ball come from a trainer thrown in. Make sure everyone has a chance to both attack and defend.
FOCUS: The focus here is both attacking and defending so do not forget to coach both. In attack, the players should stay as big as possible "No Duels". The defenders should try and force duels on the attacker and also work together to cut out the passing lines.
