DESCRIPTION

Three grids around he circle edge 

the first set of four cones is a 3v1 then in hte next grid it progresses into a 3v2. They must get 2 passes in order to move onto the next grid. 

Stay inside the squares until you reach the circle then you have free range 

COACHING POINTS

- passing to your players stick, finding the free player, keeping your momentum going forward, elimination skills 

-defense needs to work on steping up quickly and forcing to a side, Try and stay in line to 2 players in the first box, Drop stepping if beat and making sure they are helping the 3v2 in the next grid. 

Communication on defense of who is going to ball and who is staying cover
