Yellow "participant" starts through the ladders and receives 5 passes from blue player in front of different obsticles.
1. A pass to red cone. Player takes ball either short side to their reverse or cuts back to forehand.
2. Pass to top D for shot.
3. Pass to red cone with "stick" either side. Can jump stick or take around "player".
4. Deflection - receiver calls for pass.
5. Pass in front of P spot for roll-away or squeeze shot.
Imagine the cones are real players. maneuver body to prevent "tackle".
Don't go "through" the player/cones!
Big movements and double movements.
Timing of deflection run.
Should be receiving on the move, not stationary.
