How? First player in line @25yd line, plays ball diagonal to player @ top of the Circle. the other player @ top Circle cuts wide or "Butts-out" player receiving the ball passes ball across top of the circle to butting player and that player finishes. Once done, players follow their pass, shooter goes to one of two line @25 yd. line. drill repeats with other side as a mirror of the first one (i.e. shot comes from other side.
Coaching points:
- Quick passing
- Eye contact between first two players
- first reception on the move and cutting to the ball
- wait for shit until next rep
- footwork towards goal and shooting
Advancements:
- players that did the passing join in for tips and rebounds
- touch limit
