What? Goal, balls, min. 1 player, GK
Why? Under pressure shooting and finishing. Being creative
How? Coach (C) has pile of balls at the top of the Circle, Coach throws a ball into the circle where 1 or 2 players are waiting. Coach yells a number between 1-5 and that is how many touches the player(s) get to score the goal. If there is a rebound, the player is allowed unlimited touches. Only 1 rebound per ball.
Coaching TIps:
- switch up level of difficulty with which you are feeding the ball. Bouncy vs rolling vs high ball.
- Encourage creativity in the shots and rebounding
- Communications between players
- Aggressive shooting towards GK, make the GK make the save instead of missing the cage.
