Coach plays ball into square and player meets ball in square.
Player puts first touch in pre-established direction (i.e. 5 reps of starting at the bottom of the box and taking first touch out of the left of the box)
Change it:
- Player can vary starting position around the boxes to increase or decrease challenge
- Player can vary first touch direction to increase or decrease challenge
- Coach can vary pass to increase or decrease challenge (bouncing pass, flat pass, etc.)
