A. 3 players on the outside of the cones with one player in the middle. Players can move around the square to make passes while the central player attempts to intercept passes.
B. Pick ot strikers to play with goalkeepers. 4 attackers take a position on one side of the square. Players can pass anywhere but can only move along their line. Points are scored for passes to opposite team mate.
Goalkeepers aim to remove ball from the square. Attacking players try to keep it within the square.
-Players need to move around to create angles to offer a pass to the player in possession.
