The aim of this drill is for players to be able to understand the different positions on the top of the circle they could shoot from and how these angles will effect the shot they are taking. Back space shooting and hitting on the back foot are the two new techniques this drill will focus on. These are two very quick shots, so the defender doesn't close down the player and the keeper isn't set. The furthest left hand player should take a shot, then the player to the right takes a shot and this works around the circle. Once every player has taken a shot they move around one place to the right, by the end they should have all taken a shot from each of the stations. Split the group into two 7s and use two different circles so its not crowded and players get lots of touches on the ball.
