Collapse and tackle - 4 v 3

DESCRIPTION

  • If numbers permit, we will do this in both directions
  • Require 4 defenders at each end and 5 attackers
  • Ball is delivered from dashed circle to a defender, attackers collapse and tackle him against sideline then counter in a 3 v 4
  • Points system as follows:
  • 1 point if defender gets through zone
  • 1 point for a PC
  • 2 points for a goal
  • First to 5 points - losing team does a shuttle then reset
