Super Hero Gates:
Students will work together as "Super Heroes", they must dribble their ball through the different colour gates (keeping count of how many they get)
students must try and apply the correct dribbling techniques outlined in the introduction.
TA or Coach will time 2 minutes before stopping the students.
students will calculate their total score.TA will write the score up on the white board
1. two hands on the stick (correct positioning)
2. use both sides of the Hockey stick to change directions
3. bend legs, low position for balance and change of direction
4. head up to see open pass or incoming defender
5. working together as a team
6. manage use of space
7. perform skills under pressure (Progression)
