3 teams of 4 players. 2 sets of 4 are in the circle in an attack.defence drill, the third is around the 23m transfering the ball around until the attacking team makes a lead into space and calls for the pass. The attacking team can pass the ball back out to the team on the 23m to retain possession but if the defensive team steals the ball and passes to them then the attacking and defending teams swap roles. 3 min intervals then switch roles.
