DESCRIPTION

  1. A Sweep hit (1) to winger in the wide channel
  2. CF at C (2) leads to baseline to create danger in front of the ball
  3. Winger (B) carriers the ball a few meters and passes hard to the CF (3)
  4. CF receives with their back to the baseline (therefore lead HARD)
  5. Winger leads to "guard" position (4)
  6. receives pass from CF and takes shat at net

COACHING POINTS

  • Draw the ball L/R before winger passes to the baseline
  • Ise a slip reception in the RW position
  • Use a reverse stick reception in the LW position
