Defensive footwork circuit

DESCRIPTION

During this exercise there will be no waiting except for at the double cones. There will be no ball used and everything will be focused on the footwork of pressuring the ball 1-1 in defending.

1: Sprint forwards then double handed stick pressure along the white cones focusing on small steps and not big ones.

2: Facing forwards but running backwards, tracking the ball and 'mirroring' the attacker (by moving around the cones). Moving side to side keeping the stick in front of the feet, quick feet.

3: The same as the first part but this time the other side,
