Player 1 passes the ball to player 2. As soon as player 2 receives the ball, player 1 begins running into the circle towards stroke. Player 2 dribbles (pulls/lifts) around the first set of cones. At the second set of cones, a v pull. Then they have the option of passing back to player 1 at stroke, or passing to player 3 who is at the top of the circle. Player 3 has the option of passing to player 1 for a tip or shooting.
Make sure player 2 joins the play after passing the ball into the circle.
