Lung & Opposite Arm stretched up high 15m – jog 15m

Lung & Rotate Hips 15m – jog 15m

Side steps 15m & Swap 15m

High Knees 15m – Backward high knees 15m

Butt-kicks 15m – jog 15m

Close the gate15m – jog 15m

Open the gate 15m – jog backwards 15m

Arm circles: 10 forward – 10 backwards
