Four corners game:4 Teams of 3 or 4 start in corners of pitch with supply of balls.
Coach calls Two colours eg Red vs Blue. Reds attack teh goal away from them. Blues have to defend that goal and counter-attack.
When ball is daed teams rretreat to their corners. Coach calls out two more colours.
It's varaiable attack and defence. Sometimes team are attacking a defence who are coming out. Other times they're attacking a defence trying to get back quickly and it becomes a foot race.
Big game
Give goals for 2 defenders pressing one attacker and/or recovering ball in opposition half.
