2 Teams. 2 v 2. (If there is a GK they can go in goals).
To begin decide which team will attack first. The first attacking pair will attack ONCE then leave the field. In this case Blue is the attacking team to start.
A Blue player on side line will inject the ball to the blue pair of ATTACKERS. Game on both pairs try to score.
Once Blue or Red pair score then the ATTACKERS (Blue) leave the field and 2 of their team mates from the sideline join the field as DEFENDERS.
The RED pair are now ATTACKERS and a Red player will inject the ball to them.
Once Red or Blue pair score then the ATTACKERS (Red) leave the field and 2 of their team mates from the sideline join the field as DEFENDERS.
So DEFENDERS will be on for 2 plays, as defenders and then attackers.
Score 1 point for a goal.
Progression, 1 point for good interactive play, left foot pass, roll out, 3D skill etc.
This continues until players need a break.
