DESCRIPTION

The drill starts with a player on the 25  carrying the ball forward and then passing diagonally to the player across from them. They then join the back of that line of players. Quickly move to 2 Balls so both lines begin with a ball.

Depending on Numbers this can be done in two groups Minimium 6 Players per group.

Progression 1-Swap the sides. Pass will now go across body.

2) Start with a play 5 yards back from the two gates once the ball comes around the box the player passes to one of the gates for a player to pick up and turn on goal.

Passing player should join attack- Pass and help your team.

3) Play a 2 v 1 situation or even 2v2

So add in defenders.

*Note* if both sides are attacking then if the other Team are already in the D -Shoot on mini goals to right/left of the main goal.
