Circle Entry Drill 1.1
This time the defenders and attackers are split up. Players will be told whether they are defenders or attackers.
The Ball will be played across to the other guard player and the attack begins.
Numbers can vary but Max 13 players.
Attackers 7+ Defenders 6
Goal is to score or to win a short corner. Defenders are to get the ball over the 25 (upgrade)
Pass +Get ahead of the ball
Variation -Entry from the Right Side or Left Side.
Pateince in the build up
Big Pitch-Make the D as big as possible
Pass and move to help team
Guard Player
