Exercise
* couples, 1 ball and own turf
* do games of 1 or 1.5 minutes then start again.
Game 1 A: Start with learning to take ball with the shaft of your stick
* ball in middle. Both players shaft of the stick against ball + feet in running position.
* on your sign both of them start pushing and try to score by dribbling over the line of the opponent.
Game 1 B:
* same but players now 1 stick length away from ball. On your sign big lunge forward, shaft stick against ball and push
FLAT= BLOCK TACKLE
General:
if you defend you want to make yourself as big, large and strong as you can!! That they can't get around you
The Skill
* V grip
* hands apart to be strong
* 1 feet forward, 1 feet backwards (running feet to go quickly forward, backwards + be able to push hard)
* take ball with the shaft and push (= making yourself big and longer)
