Red arrows are defenders. Green arrows are attackers. At the same time all begin drill. One attacker on half way has ball, he dribbles to cone and looks for passes. Attacking team has overlap and must use full field to score goal. Defenders must retreat and communicate to get ball. Very fast paced drill requiring a lot of running.

* Attackers should be creating space and using leads.
* Defenders need to crowd and elminate most dangerous pass.
