DESCRIPTION

A simple exercise to get the players moving, the player on the circle will lead to the ball and receive it with a very low body position, keeping their body still they will give the ball back. To the starting player who has ran around the cones on either side and will take a shot on goal.

  • Passing with the body still, forehand or backhand passing, no need to rotate the body.
  • Perfectly weighted passes so the attacker does not have to stop moving.
  • Saying the name of the player while passing to keep communication high.
