DESCRIPTION

Goal keeper starts at 45 degrees off the post and 1 or 2 steps depending on their height away from the post

- the ball is then played to the far post they are not on and the must make their way across the goal to save the ball

  • They should be stepping back with their back foot ( the one nearer the post) first
  • Then turning their head to face the ball directly on
  • Then move their feet while side stepping across the goal to reach and then save the ball
