Cones no more than 5m apart. Players dribble and shoot as shown. The aim is not to dribble fast, but to look up and avoid losing control. Next player in line starts when person ahead reaches first yellow cone.
If a player is overtaken or bumps into someone, they must do a forfeit (20 Indian dribbles) after their shot, before joining in again.
Keep the ball ahead of you at all times.
Make diagonal movements rather than stopping completely, to avoid collision.
The progression of this drill can be the zig-zag and back passing version - just swap half of the yellow and red cones around.
