- nr 4 practice figure 8 with ball while he waits
- nr 1 plays ball, after that stays on midline, whole width. The defender needs to pass to him.
- nr 2 receives ball from right, dribbles to cone A. If nr 3 put stick down, he pulls ball to right and tries to score by dribbling over line
- nr 3: when nr 2 receives he runs cone A and puts stick down. If nr 2 pulls ball other way he can run around cone A and defend. If he gets the ball= play to nr 1 on line.
- Rotation: 4-1-2-3-4
GOAL exc 2:
* defender plays ball to attacker and puts pressure on him.
* nr 1+2 try to get ball through zone with 1 pass. Thus attacker receives ball, dribbles towards defender + plays ball to left. Nr 2 receives and dribbles through
* when on other side, turn around and same game back. Then swap.
* if defender gets the ball= he decide who becomes the defender.
