Show a full picture of where the players go on a hockey field. Set people out in these positions so they can see where they must start on the field. Bring everyone in and then get their preferred position on the field, volunteers for goal keeper etc. Once this is done, call out a position on the field and get everyone to run to them. This will help with awareness on the field of where to start.
