Get juniors into simple a warm up routine. Start off by loosening ankles, then jogging, then dynamic stretches working upwards from the legs. Make it more fun for youngest players by using animals etc:
- Sidesteps like a crab
- Kangaroo and Frog jumps
- Hands and Feet like monkeys
- Lunge and plant the rice
- Zig Zag like a cat
- Sprint like a cheetah etc....
Progression: 1) ball per player dribbling across. 2) Bullrush
Get the team to stay in 1 line, and either coach or someone sensible sets a steady pace.
