Focus: Elimination 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2

DESCRIPTION

Split each group in half (defense & attack).

  • Three sets of cones one color for attack
  • Two sets of cones one color for defense.
  • The ball is passed from the first defender to the first attack - play 1v1 (once a foul or the ball leaves the circle the next ball is in play).
  • Same set up but now another attacker is added - 2v1.
  • This theme continues 2v2, 2v3, 1v1 (need the most amount of people in the first two lines).
